Dr. Nicole Klein grew up in Noblesville, Indiana. She earned a B.A. in Chemistry at Indiana University and a Medical Doctorate at Indiana University School of Medicine. She completed a General Surgery Internship and four additional years of residency surgical training in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery (ENT) at Indiana University School of Medicine.
